How Do I Use Discounts and Promotion Codes?

Masm Rolling Projects may offer discounts and promotional offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible discounts will be applied automatically when your project request or service meets the requirements of the applicable promotion.

If a promotion code is provided, you can enter the code when submitting your project request or enquiry, where a promotion-code field is available.

Please note that certain services, projects, quotations, or special offers may not be eligible for promotional discounts.

• Discounts are not transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.

Liability and Responsibility

Masm Rolling Projects will take reasonable care when providing its services. However, clients remain responsible for providing accurate information, documents, measurements, approvals, and other information required for their project.

Masm Rolling Projects will not be responsible for delays, losses, damages, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or actions taken by third parties.

Where construction, installation, building, or other work is performed by independent contractors or third parties, the relevant contractor or service provider may have separate responsibilities and obligations.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any insurance, permits, approvals, or other protections required for their property or project unless Masm Rolling Projects has expressly agreed in writing to arrange them.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.
